How do I mark absences on sign in sheets?

1.      From anywhere in the system, click on the yellow “Sign Sheets” puzzle piece at the top left of the screen, or from the home screen, click the "Reports", "Child Reports" and "Daily Sign in Sheet" buttons.


2.      Select the “Date” and the “Category” and then click the “Modify” button.


A list of all the children together with their booked and attend times will be displayed.


3.      Scroll to the child that you wish to mark absent, and then select "Absent" from the drop down box.



4.      When you have completed marking all absences, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the "Update" button to return to the “Sign In Sheet” selection screen.
