How do I print donation request letters?

Before you can print donation request letters, you will first need to have created invoices for all of the children and have a letter created and uploaded to “Letter Writer”; to do this click here.  To see how to create invoices, click here.



1.      From the home menu, click the "Utilities"" icon and then click the "Letter Writer" button.



2.      Select the category of children you wish to print donation request letters for.


3.      Select the letter you wish to use. For example select "Donation Request".


4.      Select the names of the children and click the "Print" button.


If none of your families have requested to have communication emails, the letters will display one after the other.  Go to step 7 of this procedure for how to proceed.


If you have families requesting email communications, the “Letters” screen will be displayed with the opportunity for you to change any of the selections.


5.      Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the “Email” button to send the statements electronically. 


A confirmation message will appear advising you how many emails have been sent.


6.      Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the “Print” button. 


The “Letters” will display one after the other. 


7.      Send the letters to your printer and then click on the back arrow to return to the previous screen.
